Sept. 7-11 was national Suicide Prevention Week. Everyday, there are people all over the world who suffer from emotional pain. Most of the time, it’s hard for those who have emotional pain to come out and talk about it. There are signs of suicidal thoughts. Most people may not see it,  but it is there.

We have the power to make a difference in someone else’s life.  World Suicide Prevention day is September 10th. September 10th is a day to teach others about the signs of suicide and how to help prevent it. September 10th is a day that lets people know that there are people out there to help those that are suffering from emotional pain and suicide thoughts.

September 10th is a day that lets people who are struggling with emotional pain know that we are here for them.

Do not be afraid to talk to an adult or a friend if you have any thoughts about hurting yourself or thinking of commiting suicide. We are all here for anyone who needs someone to talk to. Your life matters. You matter. You are not alone. I am here for you.
